Staff training

We offer informal training sessions for staff involved in the handling/preparation of foodstuffs. We can cover arrange of topics and can tailor make a presentation unique to your businesses situation.

We also offer to instruct staff on correct water sampling procedures as part of any routine monitoring programme. Foodspec can show you how to take the samples to help reduce the risk of contamination of the sample at the time of sampling.

Foodspec can also offer training on environmental sampling of processing environments. If you require swabs to be taken (for general hygiene checks or for specific pathogens) then we can assist you in training staff to ensure the results obtained are accurate and replicable.
